The MVP Proton Resistor is the second disc in Eagle McMahon's Synergy Series. The stamp is designed by Green C Studio and brings an awesome triple-foil flavor to this overstable fairway driver.
The Resistor itself is a slower fairway driver which translates to increased control while still having that overstable flight. You'll get a lot of resistance to turn and that great high speed stability disc golfers look for. At the end of the flight, you know the fade will always be there. Combined with the always top-notch Proton plastic, this one will be tough to top.
Proton from MVP Disc Sports
The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.
Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.
Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.
Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.
Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
