Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return window on every disc or product, starting from the day you receive your order.
Unused Discs: If the disc is unused and in original condition, it may be returned and you may select your method of refund.
Used Discs: If the disc has been used to any extent, we will still accept the return but only offer up to 50% store credit (issued as a gift card) based on the disc’s sale price.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is generally responsible for all return shipping costs.
Powergrip Error: If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect disc shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Replacement Shipping: For replacements (in cases of errors), we ship via USPS Ground unless you request an expedited method. Any additional shipping cost for expedited service is the customer’s responsibility.

Provide Details: Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the disc. If applicable, attach photos of the disc.
Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions or next steps.

Once we receive the returned disc and verify its condition (unused or used), we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.
For unused discs or products, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method if you choose store credit. A 10% fee is issued if you wish to have the funds returned to your method of payment used on the account.
For used discs, up to a 50% store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card based on the disc’s original sale price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If eligible, refunds for shipping (in error cases) will be included.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders placed after the date of the update.
