Shipping policy
Powergrip USA offers shipping rates determined based the destination and shipping service selected.
Orders containing bags or other large products may have specific shipping fees restricted to certain carriers.
Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays and using USPS will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday. If there is a postal holiday, your order will be shipped on the next available day.
Orders using UPS or other services that are not USPS may take an additional 1-2 days to be picked up. We have a standard pickup with USPS, but do not have a regular pickup with other carriers.
All orders will be shipped in a box at no additional charge. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam folder. If you still can't find the tracking info, contact us at support@powergripusa.com with your order number.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00.
Occasionally, we may also offer free shipping without any minimum purchase requirement or provide promo codes for unlocking free shipping. Subscribe to our email list to be notified of upcoming promotions.
Shipping Estimates
Please note that the date ranges provided on the checkout page are only estimates. We cannot guarantee specific delivery time frames for your order. The days listed do not factor in weekends, non-shipping days, or days to process your order.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Powergrip USA cannot control the speed and is not responsible for the shipment or its speed of movement.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If your delivery is lost or stolen, please contact support@powergripusa.com and file a Find Missing Mail form with the US Postal Service. Submitting this form will help them track down your shipment.
While we will work with you to find a solution, please understand that we have no control over what happens to your shipment once it leaves our warehouse. Each case of a lost or stolen package is unique. Opening up a conversation is the best way toward a solution.
Address Errors
If your delivery has an incorrect address and was returned to us, we will ensure the order is shipped out again once we have possession of the product.
If the error was made by Powergrip, we will cover the additional shipping costs.
If you made the error, we will send a payment link for the additional shipping. Once paid and we have possession of the order, we'll send out tracking to the email address on the order.

International Shipping
We do offer shipping to Canada. All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. Our $50 free shipping tier doesn't apply to Canadian shipments.
Canadian shipments will be sent via UPS. Expect an additional 1-3 days of processing for international orders.
