Choosing the right disc isn’t always easy. That’s why Powergrip lets you throw, test, and decide. If a new disc you bought just isn’t clicking with your game, bring it back within 60 days—used or unused—and get rewarded.

How it works

  1. Register: Sign up or log in to your Powergrip customer account.
  2. Purchase: Buy any new disc in-store or online. Make sure your purchase is linked to your customer account.
  3. Test It Out: Play with confidence. Use the disc as much as you need within the 60-day window.
  4. Return: Bring the disc and your digital receipt back to any Powergrip store within 60 days.
  5. Get Rewarded: Receive up to 50% of the purchase price (as shown on your receipt) back as a Powergrip gift card—even if it’s been used.

Buyback Terms & Conditions

  • Digital receipt required. Your purchase must be recorded in your Powergrip customer account.
  • New discs only. Accessories, baskets, bags, used discs, or other miscellaneous items are not eligible.
  • Return in-store or ship back to us. Returns accepted at any Powergrip retail location. You are responsible for return shipping.
  • 60-day window. Return must be within 60 days of purchase date.
  • Gift card credit only. Refunds are issued as a Powergrip gift card at the time of return.
  • Condition: Normal play is expected. Discs returned must not be broken or unplayable. Ink is acceptable, but may factor into the return value.

Who can use Buyback?

Yep! In most cases, ink isn't a problem. If there is a lot of ink on the bottom or top of the flight plate, we may reject it, but if it's a bit of rim ink or a small amount on the flight plate, it's no problem.

Do online and in-store purchases qualify?

Yes! For in-store, let the cashier know to link your purchase to your account. We must have proof of purchase from Powergrip.

How can I create or log into my account?

We can help you create an account at checkout in-store or you can create one online in just seconds.

How much do I get back?

Up to 50% of the final sale price. It is issued as a gift card.

Can I use the disc?

Absolutely. Test it out as much as you like.

Where do I return?

Return to our Bloomington, Illinois store or you may ship it back to us.

Are shipping and payment fees included?

No. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are also responsible for the return shipping.

What if it is past 60 days?

We'd treat it as a typical used disc trade-in at our trade-in pricing levels.
