The Discmania Evolution 3-disc set comes in previously unreleased Geo plastic (similar to Latitude 64 Retro plastic) and includes the brand new Evolution midrange: the Origin!

Discmania Evolution 3-disc set is a great starter set for a beginner disc golfer! Discs in the set have been selected for the beginners but the very same molds are also used by even the top level professional disc golfers.

The set includes three discs:

  • Essence: Fairway driver for long throws off the tee.
  • Origin: Midrange disc for maximum control on approach shots.
  • Link: Putter for maximum precision, ideal on short range.

The discs in the set come in the new GEO plastic, which is a plastic blend with a great grip (similar to Latitude 64 Retro plastic).

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.

Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.

Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.

Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.

Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
