The Axiom Discs Tempo is a gem of an approach midrange. While offered in limited runs for a while now, the stock version is finally here. The Tempo has a low profile, flat top, and a very comfortable feel. It's flight is just overstable enough to handle some power while having a very forward, pushy fade.Â
If you really power into the Tempo, you may see a hint of turn, but it will certainly hold that line and fade out at the end. If you take a little power off of it, you'll see a nice straight-to-overstable flight that is very easy to predict.Â
You no longer have to hunt the limited runs, this one is here for good!Â

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.
Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.
Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.
Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.
Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
